Lantair · Illuminated Insights

The knowledge that runs your firm, brought into the light.

“When a new matter lands on your desk, walk me through it — what happens first, in your own words?” Lantair, mid-conversation

Lantair is an AI you talk with, out loud. It sits down with everyone at your firm — attorneys, paralegals, front desk, IT — one at a time, and brings how the work really happens into the light.

Lantair illuminates. The AI Readiness Audit organizes what it finds. Implementation comes after, if you want it.

30–90 minutesA real interview, not a form, not a quick chat.
Every seat, separatelyEach person is interviewed from their own chair. The paralegal’s answers aren’t filtered through the partner’s.
One combined pictureThe interviews merge into one picture of how the firm actually runs.

Try it

Talk to Lantair for two minutes.

Out loud, right now. Two minutes, then let’s set up the full interview.

Uses your microphone. Nothing is saved. When the two minutes are up, we’ll talk.

That’s the two-minute sample.

The real interview runs 30 to 90 minutes, one person at a time. Let’s book it.

The engine

The seven layers

Lantair hasn’t finished extracting a workflow until all seven layers are mapped. That’s how a conversation becomes a specification.

  1. Trigger

What starts the work. A phone call, a filing deadline, an email landing in the wrong inbox.

  2. Inputs

What must be in hand before the work begins, and what happens when it isn’t.

  3. Rules

Every if, then, and unless. Who decides. Who breaks a tie.

  4. The hidden layer

    Vocabulary

The words your firm uses that mean something specific here: “qualified,” “closed,” “demand letter.” Nobody thinks to define them, because everyone inside already knows. Missing these is exactly how automation fails in production. Lantair stops and asks: “When you say that term, what does that mean specifically here? Is there a checklist, or is it judgment?”

  5. Checks

What must be true before it goes out the door. Who signs off, and on what.

  6. The work

The actual drafting, calculating, reformatting: the part everyone thinks is the whole job.

  7. Output

What’s produced, and who receives it.

Every decision rule you carry in your head is a specification waiting to be written down.

Tier one · For law firms

We run it for you.

We bring Lantair to your firm: every seat, separately. What it extracts, the Audit organizes into:

  • Standard operating procedures Your firm’s actual processes, written down, often for the first time.
  • Workflow maps All seven layers, for each workflow that matters.
  • Skills and plugins Working automation for the pieces that are ready.
  • Your AI Readiness Audit What to automate, what to leave alone, and who on your team will carry it.

It’s yours to keep — even if you never hire us to implement a single thing. And it works with whatever platform you choose. No lock-in.
